Lead-time estimates for the completion of the ~$25 billion gas pipeline from Alaska’s North Slope to Anchorage or Valdez start at seven years. Some analysts believe the ~$15 billion liquefaction and export plant would not be ready until 2025, if proponents proceed at all. With such lead times, one has to wonder how serious the prospect is....Full Article
